Trying to identify the 6 pin device that spilt it's magic smoke. It's an Asix Forte programmer and is an interface/protection between the FPGA and the programming pins.
Case marking is TAR.

Body is 1.7mm x 1.2mm and it's almost certainly a TVS diode in SOT563 package.
