AstroDesign VG-814 Video Pattern Generator

I bought a VG-814 in an auction some time ago and actually now have a use for it.  ;D

But... it seems this device cannot operate without a set of timings programmed into a front-panel removeable EEPROM and this is sadly missing on mine.

I have a replacement EEPROM but need an image to burn into it...

Anyone own a VG-814 or similar?
