Go easy on me, i'm learning

I've got a Asus RX578 off a friend to look at and if i can fix i can keep

I've done some basics tests from info on the internet and here, but not sure where and what else to test.
Someone did mention to me mosfets, but i'm not sure how what mode to use on the meter and where to stick the probes.

Attached are some readings i've taken.  To me looks like an issue on the 5V rail.

seeing as you dont know how to measure a mosfet you need to start at the fundamentals, going from zero to repairing a graphic card is like asking gardener to quickly learn about nuclear power stations because one is having a meltdown

Engineers might cringe at this content because of over simplification, jumping over fundamentals, metaphors, chaos etc. But its not for us, we suffered >5 years of learning the hard way, this stuff is for bootstrapping people from zero ee knowledge aka you.
