Hi all, My monitor no longer works. There is one component that burned. The monitor is an Asus VE276Q. Can you identify this component ? The reference is something like LT2124 631006 if i see it right ! Thanks |

I'm guessing it's a 100V, 3A Schottky rectifier (B3100B ??). Similar to ... https://datasheet.octopart.com/B3100-13-F-Diodes-Inc.-datasheet-7554362.pdf https://www.onsemi.com/pdf/datasheet/mbrs3100t3-d.pdf Page 14 of the datasheet for the MP3389 shows a B180 diode: https://www.monolithicpower.com/en/documentview/productdocument/index/version/2/document_type/Datasheet/lang/en/sku/MP3389/document_id/1533/ |

Thank you very much. You are great ! :-+ I found two components : One is a SMC case with a 200pF capacitance while the other one is a SMB with 105pF capacitance. Here are the links : https://www.tme.eu/be/en/details/b3100-13-f/smd-schottky-diodes/diodes-incorporated/ https://www.tme.eu/be/en/details/b3100be-13/smd-schottky-diodes/diodes-incorporated/ What do you think should i try ? |
| fzabkar:
I would use whichever diode has the correct dimensions. Check the output for short to ground. |
| crozenfox:
ok The dimensions are this one. So, i will try with it. Thnx https://datasheet.octopart.com/B3100-13-F-Diodes-Inc.-datasheet-7554362.pdf |
