MOTHERBOARD ASUS PRIME A520M-K - need component

Hi all can anyone help identify this component on a Asus motherboard, only markings are mic r20 and b23.49.6, and any one know where I can purchase it thanks

Looks like an inductor but your picture is very dark and blurry and it's hard to tell.

I think it's a 200nH shielded power inductor, but I don't know the specific part number.
