Attempt to repair my Extech LCR-200

Hi,

I try to repair my Extech LCR-200 witch I have demage.
 I think it has happend diuring measurment charged capacitor in cuircuit few days ago. 

At the present LCR-200 consume 190mA at 9V DC.
Base on specyfication it should take approximately 35mA @ 9V DC.

At the present when it is supply from 9V it show Er01 on the display and shutdown itself.

I have discover some parts which are demage diuring optical inspection.
I have replace 5 parts 2x SMD resistor,  2x truehole resitor and one transistor. I marked it by red dot.
It not help.

I have discover that decrease supply voltage form 9V DC to 6.9 V DC  could help me to keep multimeter alive diuring investigation.
It simulate weak battery. On this voltage multimeter do not shout down imadiately.
However it stil consume to much power 216mA @ 6.9V DC and do not measure anything.

I suspect that the problem could be ES51920A chip.
Base on that I have measure temperature of it under power suplly 6.9V @216mA DC.
It has 42C deg after few seconds.

I think ES51920A chip has died and I has looking for replacement for it.
