Axis Q6034-E Speed Dome cam No Power

OK guys, update: I replaced both ICs and the camera is working, so that's the solution - bad PoE ICs :D Time to do the other ones now and see how long they last :D

My Axis Q6055-E had a very similar problem, but thanks to thread here and another thread (https://www.eevblog.com/forum/repair/power-over-ethernet-camera-repair/msg1887074/#msg1887074), I was able to fix it by replacing the two NCP1081 chips. I bought a second set, because they are no longer in production. When desoldering them from the board, beware that they a large thermal pad on the bottom.
