BD636 replacement ? alternative ?

I have circuit with  PNP BD636 which is ? non available

maximum current collector is 1 Amp
load voltage Vceo is 12 Volt
frequency 500 kHz

best is a TO220 foot print

any idea in commonly available transistor ? TIP32 perhaps

OK , but all resistor listed are  obsolete transistors  , Mouser ''alternative'' is a better tool as components are available , base on data of the BD636 .
