Behlman ACP-250 user and reference/repair manual

Hello,
looking for schematic and user/reference/repair manual for Behlman ACP-250 AC source.
It is generally starting, but display is dark (not really, there is some very low brightness initial message, I hope it is not broken display).
One of two power boards is quite hot around some resistors, plus some burn marks around them. Still did not measure any votages or did not change any components. Otherwise seems clean and not broken-burn marks on any of the boards. All fuses are fine internally, external 10A fuse has broken body, but function well.
Only thing that works for sure is clicking relays, when change the output ranges.
