BGA / LGA / Reballing / Chip replacement

hello i am looking for someone who want to replace some big boys for me...

1x LGA1151 CPU socket  - on a motherboard / (bought with socket destroyed)
1x ATI Video chip  (need to be replaced on a laptop motherboard.) i have the chip.
1x Acer 9650M GS video card ( need reballing )

who has the equipment to help me out for a reasonable price ….please let me know by sending me a PM.

for the acer card already tried and worked for few weeks..so need reballing

Reballing won't help. The issue is with the silicone<->substrate bond.

Reballing is in 90% cases waste of time. I have more than enough experience to confirm that.
