BGA Stencil Manufacturer

Hi all,
 i have been searching for a reball stencil for an Intel N100 CPU. It is a BGA1264 layout.

There does not appear to be anyone offering this off the shelf so i need to have one made. Does anyone know of a service that does this?

If you could create a PCB with the footprint on it then you could get a stencil made by JLCPCB, maybe from a Gerber file?

Thanks for the idea, i had not thought of taking this path. At least i can make it compatible with my jig.
