BK Precision 2190a

Have a pair of BK 2190A's. One is in really nice shape and does not power-up (of course!). The other is a bit noisy, way of calibration, but functions. My search for manuals, etc., comes up nothing. Any input anyone?

They look Hitachi-like, but I can't find a matching model.  The operators instruction manual is readily available, but no service manual pops up.  You could contact BK and if they have the manual they'll send you a copy.
