Just recently bought this scope off of eBay for a good price and was wondering if anyone has/knows where to get a service manual for it? I have searched this forum and many posted websites and could not locate this scope. Thanks!

I can't find a service manual either. But I don't think you need one. Looks like you have AC noise on your trace, This is usually attributed to bad AC line filter caps.

Also here's a very general flow chart I have created in 5 minutes for power supplies.
