Blaupunkt Frankfurt TR US car radio amp ID
« on: July 30, 2022, 12:50:07 pm »
This antique car radio and seperate amplifier is of coarse 6V not 12V (not + ground at least).
The radio part is similar to Sams Photofact 393-7 (tube unit) the amp part is transistor.
It is not listed in any Frankfurt models service manuals but I bet it is in some other models.
Its visiable features are 3 transistors mounted to the heatsink (rear) and the 4 holes for 2
speaker plugs on the side.
This was proably built around 1960 it is not switch selectable for power and ground but
is selectable by rewiring at least for voltage.
Jeff

Unless someone has a manual for the TR US version.

Roehrenonkel, Thank you, that should work perfectly.
Nice to know some of the old information is still around.
