Blinking LED on Schaub Lorenz lt32-353A B

Hi to all,

I'm having trouble with a Schaub Lorenz lt32-353A B 32'' TV. When I plug the TV to power, the front blue LED comes steady on. After a few seconds the LED starts blinking rapidly and that's it. No matter what I try, the screen never comes on and no response from anything, only the LED blinking.

First thing I tried based on Internet search, was to change the PSU (17PW26-4 v1) but still same issue, LED stable for a few seconds then starts blinking.

Today I received a replacement for the board of this TV, the board is a Vestel 17MB25-3 v1 bought from eBay from a different TV model unfortunately because it was not possible for me to find from a similar model anywhere. It's the exact same board as on my TV though.

As you can guess same issue, nothing changed! I have a new PSU and board but still get the same thing, LED blinking.

Any suggestions you may have will be very appreciated! Is my problem on the panel? Or maybe one of the components I bought was defective too? What can I try next?
