Brymen BM235 Voltage read error

A while ago I bought a eevblog BM235. It has worked fine up until about a year ago…when I noticed it would not give a correct voltage reading and it would intermittently display 7.214/7.215V despite no probes attached to it. I was just wondering if anyone has seen anything like this before? And a possible fix?
