BMW/Philips 2002 Z8 multi-info radio problem?

Radio BMW part number 65.12-6 910 448 Philips part number 9022 247 00231 03 Philips model 22DN700/23B.
Radio will not power on, red LED on right side flashes, has some internal voltages but need to know what should be where.
Bsp452 has 13.8V on pin 4, 0.6V on pin 1, nothing on pin 3, I need more info.
Service info anyone? Operators manual? Vehicle manual shows different units not this one.
Is Philips europe still around in germany?
