bose wave radio

Hi all i have a bose wave radio,model:AWRC3G,i brought it with the cd not working,when i first plugged it in the radio came on and then the volume went to full on its own,i turned the volume down on the top buttons ok,but since unpluging it and pluging it back in to the mains,all that happens is the clock flashes but none of the buttons work,i have tested the ribbon cables from the top cover and its ok,also resoldered the the sockets for all the ribbon cables,it still just flashes the clock,any ideas also anyone know where i can find a schematic for this,and or a service manual?,cheers.
