Broken GTX 1070

Hello,

I have three identical Palit GTX1070 8GB which wont work. When i try them in my computer the fans spin for a couple of seconds then stops. I suspect all three of them have the same fault.

I've done some basic troubleshooting, measuring for short circuit in pci-e connector and power connector without finding anything odd.

Is it possible to put them in my computer and start without cooler to see if there is power everywhere? Some advice where/what to check is appreciated
