| Brüel & Kjær 2801 Microphone Power Supply Schematics |

I'm hoping that someone might have a copy of the Brüel & Kjær 2801 Microphone Power Supply schematics. I put together the 2801 microphone power supply, the 2615 cathode follower microphone pre-amplifier, and the 4134 microphone for a test. I'm measuring 14.5v of DC after the internal 4uF blocking capacitor at the direct output. I measure 62v of DC before the blocking capacitor (signal path from the microphone). When I speak from a distance into the microphone, I do get between 0-10mV of AC at the output. |

I have a service manual for the B&K 2803 two channel power supply, dated from 1967. The circuit might be quite similar to the 2801 (block diagram attached). If you're still interested, I can scan it and make it available after returning from my summer holidays in a couple of weeks. BR, Timo |

Thank you very much :-+ The 2803 is also "tube" driven so it should be very similar to the 2801. No hurry either, I won't be digging into any electronics-related stuff for a few more months. |

Here's the B&K 2803 Two Channel Power Supply service manual + schematic. Enjoy! |
