Tektronix MSO4000B series

I have MSO4104B which front panel Keypad doesn't work, it boots pass self test but none of the keys work.
Everything I check looks fine cannot find what is causing the problem.
Anyone had experiences with this kind problem would like to share some information?

Not sure on your repair but I just wanted to post if anyone needs to replace the encoders on their MSO4104B they are Bourns P/N: PEC12R-4020F-N0024. I just replaced the horizontal adjust encoder and it works perfectly!
