Camera SoC identification

Looking for some help trying to identify a chip with part number CLM9020 on it. This board is the main pcb of an Axon Flex body worn camera. I believe the chip is a dedicated Camera SoC similar to those made by Ambarella and HiSilicon, but I haven't had any luck searching for the vendor. The CSR chip on the right is some sort of bluetooth chip.

Im not getting results for CLM9020 either, getting better results when trying LM9020. C in CLM maybe a branding thing. Not familiar with the logo on the ship.
