Can anyone identify this opto?

This is almost certainly an opto isolator, or digital isolator of some sort.

There are a pair of them on a USART isolator

Case marking is:

600
501

Is there a website with case marking lookup?

A bidirectional optoisolator.

These are used on some SDRs.
