Can you help identify this RF part
« on: July 16, 2022, 06:32:57 pm »
I have a 1 Watt RF 450 MHz power amplifier and would like to identify the power device (probably a power N-FET) the only marking is "KB" on the final stage of the amplifier. It would be great to get a datasheet for it.

TIA

This has the same package and marking code, but doesn't fit the application:

BSS192, Nexperia, P-channel vertical D-MOS transistor, 240V, 200mA, marking KB, SOT89:

Edit:

This page suggests that "KB" is RD01MUS2B:

RD01MUS2B, Mitsubishi, MOSFET Power Transistor for VHF/UHF RF driver device, 527MHz, 1W, 7.2V, marking KB, SOT89:
