Replacement part searching, help needed!

Hello,
I have a Semikron IGBT wich is damaged, the code is SKiiP 32NAC12T42, and I cannot find any datasheet about it, or some other information about some replacing part. As far as I know, the product is discontinued since about 2011, still I have many VFD's with different part code IGBT's, all of them discontinued. Does enyone have better ideea than to write directly to Semikron? Thank's!
