Not conclusive but nevertheless herewith what I found.

Everything is SOT23

Marking
C8           BCF30 - Transistor
8C           MMBZ5228B - 3.9V zener 0.225W
8S           MMBZ5242B - 12V zener 0.225W
SA           BSS123 - n-ch mosfet 100V 0.17A

nothing found with
08
O8
8SA

Could not find what the C with double underline means, did not find a similar logo either.
Well, it must be out there. If you find something let us know !
When it fits stop using the hammer

What does U indicate in your PCB? IC, Transistor, MOSFET?
If you don’t know what it is, how do you know it needs replacement?
Draw a schematic around this part, maybe it gets clearer…

i know it needs to be replaced just by the look of it and based on the marking, u71 seems to be same as u70 because of the order of the other components and i also checked the bad smd under microscope and i saw the first 2 letter c8.

Dunno why they're designated as Uxx but they are N-channel MOSFETs.

You won't ever find exactly the same code unless it's a part from the same batch. Device code is c8, the rest has nothing to do with part number.
