car radio disk power on problem

Hi, I'm trying to fix my car radio disk. the problem is that every time I turn on my car, it wont work until I press the reset button.

This radio disk has Vcc and Battery inputs. I found that it happen every time I disconnect the Vcc for more then 5 seconds.
I open it and tried to trace the Vcc but I couldn't figure it.

Any help would be appreciated,  thanks!

would be nice to have a model brand  etc ...   we have nothing to work with ??
