Chinese 852d+ rework station

Hi my hot air gun overheats(red hot) i checked triac  and 1 piece was shorted but its for air pump.  After some reading up i changed lm358 and moc3041 (as i read shorted phototriac causes full power) but its still over heats. I even bought new hot air gun bcos the old one's internal glass  holder broke. But it still over heats. Its a 852d+ where do i go from here.
Can u advice?
