Identified - Chip ID: Intersil (Renesas) 022F FTWP

Please help me identify this chip.  It's 3mm² 16 pin.  Appears to be marked infineon 022F FTWP on the package.  The chip is on the logic board from an HP Enterprise Aruba Wireless Access Point APINH303.

Seems like it should have been simple to find, but I've been coming up with nothing all morning.  Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

ISL28022, Renesas, bidirectional high-side and low-side digital current sense and voltage monitor with serial interface, 3V - 5.5Vcc, 0V - 60Vin, marking 022F, 16 LD QFN:

The logo appears to belong to Intersil which was acquired by Renesas.

Thank you so much!  I guess I was off in left field, thinking the i was Infineon.
