Circuit board, SOT23 component fault?

I'm trying to figure out some errors on a Jungheinrich forklift machine. (ETV-Q20)

On one circuit board there are a few SOT23 components, are they always transistors? Everyone exept one give me diode readings. So I'm thinking this one might be faulty. (the others are marked 6B something, I've tried google to find out what type it could be, but no success..)

Are the SOT23 package always transistors or could they be something else?

SOT23 can be a lot of things. BJT transistor, mosfet, diode, dual diodes, zener diode, etc. Even IC's.

6B may be a BC817, but that is not guaranteed.

Maybe post a picture of the board as it might be possible to figure out the function of the SOT23 from it's surrounding passives etc.

Can you trace where the two connections go?

If it is BC817, then emitter is grounded which seems right. Top left pin would be base, right side pin collector.
