circuit diagram for repair on AGILENT / HP ESG series wanted

Hello.
Can someone help me with the agilent ESG series motherboard schematic? Specifically, I have the ESG E3344B.
During troubleshooting, my measuring tip of the U504 has slipped. Since then the 32V supply voltage has failed. I replaced the LT1170.
Unfortunately without success. I also can`t determine the + 12V raw voltage for generating the 32V on the U504.
The + 12V on the TP505 is correct.
The reverse engineering for this PCB is a bit complicated for me. A detailed circuit diagram can be more helpful to me.
