CMU 200 RXTX board foil caps

Hi,

I've discovered on my RXTX board that 2 foil caps have cracks on them. After desoldering one shows 85nF and 2nd shows open.

Does anyone has idea can I place there ceramic caps NP0 either from some reason foil cap is necessary ?
