CMU200 switch B53v14 module from a defective unit to a working unit

Hello,
Do someone know what i have to do for switching a B53v14 Bluetooth unit from a defective CMU200 to a working unit?
What software should i copy to the working CMU200?
And how about a possible license code activating on the working one?

Heres a Video in some East European language. But you will get the hint...



Then install the BLTHV5.20 Firmware package, and activate Option CMU-K53.

That should do it.
