CN101 (PS3000pn) markers

Good day! I got CN101 (PS3000pn) markers from a second-hand store. but my eeprom is damaged (see attachment). I changed the memory chip after saving the firmware, but nothing has changed, it looks like the firmware is damaged. I contacted the manufacturer, but did not receive a positive response. Now please, can someone here help me find the firmware.I also added a photo of the central control module
