Com Express Motherboard - No Image

Hello, I have a (SOM-5898) Com Express Motherboard. The machine starts and also the CPU fan spins, but I have no image. I have one more identical PCB board with the same PCB part number, so I made a replacement on the bios chip. I took the bios chip from the working PCB and I replaced the chip_1 on the board that has no image and the same thing again.

Finally I found the problem... the CPU didn't have supply. There was a Cold Solder Joint on the phase chip which drives the mosfets at CPU. I resolder the chip and now works fine.
