Component Identification

G'day  All,
Can anyone identify the two components shown in the attached.
They are on a Powerland Battery Charger Control Board

I confirmed with NXD that the device is MC9S08PA4.

S08 are microcontrollers, are you trying to reverse engineer?
It might be a bit tricky to replace if you just want to repair a broken one.
