Component Identification SMD 5C62
« on: August 28, 2023, 12:01:21 am »
Hello,
I'm trying to repair a Panasonic Lumix GX9 and I have identified a faulty Transistor. Unfortunately it is only marked 5C 62 or (SC 52?). It is used to switch the 1.8V Rail for the RAM. Pinout is: 1: GND, 2: CE, 3: VIN, 4: VOUT. VIN is connected to a 1.8V Rail and CE is controlled directly via the 'global' on switch. The Package is some weird 4Pin BGA Package. Attached is a picture I took through my microscope. Can anybody help to identify the component or help me to identify a suitable replacement? I have the complete schematics at hand, but in there are only panasonic specific part numbers for transistors and I'm to dumb to figure it out myself.

It appears to be a high-side load switch.

R5540K004B, Ricoh, N-channel Load Switch IC, 0.8V - 3.6Vin, 450mA, marking 5C+xx, DFN(PLP)1010-4F:

Thanks a lot!
I‘ve ordered the component and it will arrive on Thursday. I really hope it will bring the camera back to life. I love that thing!
