Can anyone help to identify these components?

The thing that looks like a ceramic capacitor appears to be a 1.5kV spark gap capacitor (surge arrestor). I used to see them on the neck PCBs of CRT TVs and monitors.

Any idea what unit is the .75 on the ceramic capacitor? I am not able to purchase this part somehow.

How do I know what type of spark gap is that? through colour bands or? Dont see any bands though

I'm guessing 75pF.

Could you provide some circuit context for the ANR1 component? Could it be a surge arrestor?

That first glass thing looks like a device that Dave discovered in one of his reviews about a Hioki Multimeter. He published a video about it. Will search for it.

FWIW, Mitsubishi have a DSANR surge arrestor, but the package is different.

Brillant! You are absolutely right. The manufacturer is Success Electronic from Taiwan.
