Craftsman 20V charger Conversion 110v to 220v

Hello everyone. I got a Craftsman 20V charger which is 110V but in my country the AC voltage is 220/
Does anybody have an idea how to convert that charger? ( is that possible? ) if you ever made this please explain.

What's the voltage ratings of the yellow cap and the one you've lifted?
Also do a web search with these keywords: eevblog 110v 220v

Any old transformer with 2 x 110v primaries can be wired  as an autotransformer to get 110v from 220v.

Yellow cap votlage is 250V

Black one Voltage is 200V
