Danica Modular power supply TPS3052A manual/schematic

I have been cleaning up in the den and found this unit, I have forgotten how it came to land up with me and in what state. Visually it looks fine. Spent a lot of time on the searching the internet to find out more than just a part spec sheet.

So far I gather it 5V and +/- 12V and several amps. Initially is there any one who can provide some more information. The quality of the unity had me thinking this would be easy to find some information on the internet, this is the second time I am attempting to pin it down and without luck after several hours hunting around.  My guess so far originating in europe.

I will add another item here, just in case somebody have schematic information. 
Ultra 60 TelBix power supply for LEDs looks like the following picture, it is dead with no sign of damage.

If I can get hold of a schematic I will try and repair.
