Data I/O model 201 Eprom Programmer.

I recently purchased a Data I/O MODEL 210 Eprom programmer.  Sadly 7 of the 16 keypad keys were broken off when it arrived. Does anyone know who make those tactile switches they used and would anyone happen to have a keypad from a parted out unit?
