A teardown and repair of a Data Precision 1350 digital multimeter.

It's a 3.5 digit from the "budget" end of DP's product line.
After some initial stumbling around trying to make sense of internal voltage readings, and chasing down a couple of dead ends, I finally
find the problem.
Total cost for unit and repairs, under AU$20, not a bad result.
