Datasheet for NEC D9318GB

I'm trying to reverse engineer an optical spectrometer made in the early 90s that uses this IC (see attached image for more details), but I'm coming up empty.  If anyone has an old NEC databook that might contain information on this chip, I appreciate a scan, or photo of the info.  Thanks in advance for any/all help.
