Datasheet for P451A1103 (IGBT) module

Hi,
can anyone find or does anyone have a datasheet for this module from VFD? It is most probably IGBT module, it has also 3 phase retifier. I need mainly pinout for the module, basic parameters like Vf and Vcesat would be useful... The second pciture is the same module sodlered to the PCB with silkscreen labels printed on the PCB.

Or, do you know a module in the same case (and pinout)? Thanks

Hi!

You will find this IGBT on Ali.

But what about V46? Half of it head was blown off.
What kind of device is this?

I am currently repairing ebm-papst fan. There is also an IGBT module from Vincotech and the board is filled with varnish as yours.

I think this is 1200 V rated module, as the VFD is rated up to 500Vrms. The VFD is Lenze Motec. So it seems this is a module manufactured specially for Lenze. I wasn't able to find any other IGBT module in the same package.

I also noticed the module is available on Ali and I will buy it there but it will be nice to have a datasheet of the original module for parameter comparison. If the datasheet is not available, I will try to characterize the module myself. Hopefully there are at least some transistors and rectifying diodes intact.

V46 is an IGBT driver. Also, many other components will be dead I think. At least MCU has similar hole as V46.

Please see the old Vincotech catalog. The same package is on page 40 but there are no PIM modules in this pack.
The Scheme can be restored by opening the cover. The components are covered with transparent jelly.

Thanks for the catalogue. I aready opened the module and I can see that only the 3phase rectifier and internal temperature sensor are intact. The IGBT 3 phase bridge is completely burned, I can't measure anything on it, thus the parameters of the original module will be unknown forever without the datasheet...

I already purchased many IGBT modules from AliExpress and when they arrive I always measure Vf of the rectifier and Vcesat of the IGBT bridge. If they are significantly out of the specs I ask for refund/partial refund which happens approx 50% of time. Some sellers are selling 35A labeled module and its parameters correspond to 15A module. I already discovered some more honest sellers. But for this P451A1103, I don't know as the parameters are unknown....

Yes I am also skeptical about such purchases. But sometimes have to do it.
I use the following rules for Ali shopping:
- there should be few sellers of the desired product;
- it is advisable to buy used goods;
- never buy MOSFET and other transistors.
There was an interesting case here. I bought FP2189 HFET in a blister pack. The previous marking was erased but on one of them the original and clearly readable marking was visible. It was the same...


My IGBT module is not on sale and therefore I have to add a current resistor on the heat sink for the PFC.
Before this I also redrew the diagram from the opened one.

Most likely it also had new terminals welded on (recycled e-waste). Usually you can see a small seam on terminals about 2mm from the package, especially on back side. And new marking was to make it look from a fresh batch and for all parts in the batch to have same marking.

My module is approx 41 mm x 70 mm x 13 mm, so it is not that package...

Looks like Vinco/Tyco flat 1 housing (Page 7). Unfortunately document has no more info about this type.

More info about housing on page 40, but I couldn't find any mention of a single effing part number with this housing. EDIT: On Vincotech website flat 1 housing is nonexistent in product selector.
