DC-DC Converter MES1515M

Hello all,

I am looking for a special DC-DC converter module (MES1515M) that has failed in my external air-conditioning inverter unit. I found its datasheet, here is the link:

Unfortunately this part is not sourced in any of the well known suppliers like Mouser, Digikey, RS Components etc. It looks like it is only available in Korea but I can't find a way to order it from Europe.
Do you know any alternative part that can replace this DC-DC converter?
