DC Electronic Load Banana Jack/Plug Converter
« on: November 29, 2020, 03:46:58 pm »
I've watched  Signal Path/ Noise Path video TNP #2 - Quick Repair of a Mechanically Damaged Agilent E3647A 60V Dual Channel DC Power Supply

and I've noticed the bananafy connector on his Electronic Load.
I've found one on Tindie:
https://www.tindie.com/products/iohippo/dc-electronic-load-banana-jackplug-converter/
They are currently out of stock.
Wanted to ask if anybody has them made already, maybe have some spare ones I can buy or maybe somebody made a pcb that has the same functionality that I can possibly order.

Should be quite easy to design. What is the spacing of your banana jacks?

Got some from ebay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/DC-Electronic-Load-Banana-Jack-Adapter-Board/154246499734?hash=item23e9cecd96:g:hb8AAOSwZ2FfSeuR
Very nice design. Really recommended.
They are also priced right. Tindie guys charge over $10 for pcb...
I am really happy with those.
And here is a picture with all dimensions.
