Agilent 16702B problem

Hello gang.
Looking for help with Agilent 16702B logic analyzer - it stopped running  .  When I turning it on green light next to the on/off switch is continuously flashing, all buttons on the panel are lit.  Screen hasn't had any picture.   is that a power supply?  short somewhere? Any ideas what to look at would be greatly appreciated.
