What is this module? , still a DC / DC, does anyone know from the fragmentary abbreviation to go back to a datasheet?

Yes looks like a dual output DC/DC converter.
Not much hope with any references, maybe it has a part number printed on the hidden side?
What equipment is it in?

scraping I found the code must be from the MURATA , it looks like an MPD0D003.
But there is nothing on the net with this code, do you have any ideas?
