dcs -8200 rtc issues

Hi all,this is a bit of a long story,a few years ago i brought a kenwood dcs-8200 dso untested from ebay,it worked ok except showed a low batt msg,i t wouldnt hold the time settings on the clock when power cycled,not an issue but it bugged me,after some looking around i found the battery for the epson rtc flat,i replaced this with a battery holder and fitted a cr 3032 i think it was 3v coin cell,still didnt fix the clock issue,next i renewed a disc ceramic cap and electrolytic cap+ the xtal in the circuit,after studying the schematic,at the time i had a user manual that had the schematics,this was 3 or 4 years ago,ive since lost the manual that i downloaded !,in the meantime,it worked ok after about 2yrs the issue is back,does anyone know where i can download the manual  so i can fix it,or any ideas what to do?,it doesent afect the operation of the scope just niggles me,TIA m3vuv. p.s i assumed the cell was low low but still measured 3v,i replaced this with a Lithium-thionyl chloride cell but no luck.

dont think i ever found a service manual as such,must of been getting mixed up,or at least for free,lots of spam adds tho with a google search!!
