Has any one a diagram to a ddr2 pc memory? I need to know where are the clock pins and other things.

With "PC Memory", I would assume you are referring to a DIMM of SO-DIMM module. See below links

If you dig around the JEDEC site a bit you'll also find BOMs and PCB layouts.
